If you unlock a faction card (say, a card from The Ashen) using one character, can all of your champions (such as one who joined the Horns) use it in their decks? Or will there be a reputation requirement to playing certain cards?

Also, are they tradeable?

According to the Geek Allstars podcast:

"It is going to be literally impossible to have every card in the game on a single account. We're going to make you choose."

Sure you can... for the low low price of producer!

Those don't include exclusive cards. :)

I just hope that the "choose" cards aren't actually part of a set. That way we won't see a big gaping hole in Spot 245 or something in the binder.

Why couldn't someone just create enough different heroes to get all the different faction cards?

Now, if each PvE hero has access to different cards, only the ones they've earned pehaps. Just look at what we saw of the Warrior talent tree so far... you can choose a different spec which gives you different ability cards you can insert into your deck. So to truly get "all the PVE cards" you'd need 3 of each hero.

It would still be nice to have a "PvE Overall Deck View" that showed you all the cards you had between your heroes combined. Which dungeon, raid & quest drops we're missing, etc.

It could be that content doesn't have to be re-cleared for each character, but rather you just choose which character you want to play at the moment you pick your deck.

Well the format for the choice he was talking about was an arena where you get a prebuilt deck given to you (Squirrels (and Squirrel Titans) vs. Dinosaurs), so it might be an account thing rather than a character thing.
