I would assume not. I don't know about during the beta but im pretty sure there will be an NDA in at least the alpha.

NDA for 16000+ backers? Sounds like an awful lot of work to keep everything undercover.

And I'm sure most of them have never signed one before, it would be hard to explain the process to 15,000+ first timers.

I've done a lot of NDA's Just wondering cuz of so many people joining alpha. I thought they would of made the stretch goal for like kight/captain and above.

it's not really an alpha...the game has already 2 years of development, the duel system exist and is functionnal, many cards have been previewed.
It will be a phase test for servers mainly...

Plus an nda isn't needed because for another company to steal ideas from HEX would be tough, seeing it is slated for release not too long from now.

i've done an extensive amount of beta/alpha testing for a lot of games, and I don't see an NDA being required for this one's alpha. For one, they are going to limit what content is available to us anyways, and for two, we won't really be spoiling anything with what they've proposed as the alpha content, all we will be doing is marketing the game for them effectively while the kinks are worked out. Also, the alpha is only about 3 weeks they said before beta so an NDA for it would be a bit overboard.

Alright, sounds awesome. I can stream this up then. Sounds epic.

I hope that streaming starts earlier than later. I want this game to be a big bad monster on the E sports scene. Plus, its free advertising. When a good amount of streams pop up on popular sites, people are going to start salivating about getting to be a part of this!
