It seems to me that there are too many permanent buffs on cards. Especially in relation to the casting cost of some of the cards a permanent buff seems too powerful. For example the 3 cost elf card that can gain permanent +2/+2 everytime you place a resource seems unbalanced to me. What are everyone's thoughts on these buffs?

In tcg's not all cards are created equal, some cards going to be better than others. Plus there plenty of buffs that are this turn only.

It requires a second creature, doesn't it?

This is strong but not overly powerful. Plus, Wild Root Dancer can be killed by almost any kind of direct removal card. If your opponent is taking advantage of permanent buffs, find a way to answer that threat.

There are quite a few spoiled cards to revert a creature as well, which I believe takes out all permanent buffs as well as transformations.

Revert is awesome, since it can be triggered at any time, even during an attack.
