:( Doesn't look like they included an expansion logo on the cards for quickly separating the base set main deck from the HU set main deck. A "HU" logo on the end of the card type banner would have been great. Seems like the only way to separate the sets quickly will be the copyright date on the cards.

Also, where did you find the pics?

Those are almost all proxies. You can tell by looking at the edges. The final cards might look different.

I agree DimeDrl. I've had the same issue with other cards games.

Well, I am sure for those of use who play alot we should know which cards go to which set. but I do agree that there should have been some kind of marker.

Superman + Starbolt + Man of Steel is going to be a a ridiculous combination. Wow.

I think that Starbolt is overpowered....like, GREATLY overpowered.

Starbolt + (Kick x15) = Game Over

You would have to have Man of Steel and Starbolt in hand for it to be Beast Mode (and obviously random super powers in the discard pile). Starbolt could be a 1-of in the game for all we know, so actually pulling it off may be difficult.

Or a Bat Signal to pull him out of the discards, or a Robin to pull out a Bat Signal, etc. Depending on what else is in your hand, you could also stack your discards with Kicks with the rest of your power before playing Starbolt for the bonus, then playing Man of Steel to pull them all out, getting both bonuses.

I don't think the card is overpowered, there is too much luck of the draw involved. But it certainly opens the arena for some very impressive turns.

I've pulled a 160 in the original game. Thats easily in reach here. That with the Riddler would be awesome.

Yep, 100+ isn't too hard if you snag Parallax and a Clayface or two somewhat early in the game. The highest I've gotten without either of those is 78, my highest with them was 130-ish. Unfortunately no one in my group has ever been able to get Riddler in the same turn as getting that much power. Typically we'll just sweep the line up and load up on Kicks if there are any left.

Starbolt is going to be a real boon to Superman especially, though. We've been keeping track of wins and points per game for a few hundred games now and while Superman doesn't win the most often, he is the highest scorer.
