Wheels of Fate: rewarded extra card

Rolled 3x gold spiders on an uncommon chest, which to my understanding, should give:
gold + rare pvp card + ability to pay of another spin

Instead, it produced:
gold (5000) + rare (eurig) + legendary (gabriel) [and no extra spin]

Given that wheels of fate in alpha produced legendaries when it couldn't provide the intended reward, I suspect something similar may have happened...

had the same thing happen - the additional spin should only be replaced by a upgraded reward if all symbols are Red (according to HEXNOTTUS) -
so my guess would be that the Red-Symbol Bonus Reward os somehow bugged and either triggers allways or in revers since no other Reward but the Eye ones has given me a payed spin yet
