Just wanted to say thank you for the fast compensation I got. Great customer service, appreciate it.

Absolutely. I had no doubt that it would be prompt, but I didn't expect it so soon after all the issues that have been cropping up. Big rops, the CS team and the dev team all deserve it. (Am I missing anyone? Because they deserve it too!)

Well it pretty much rivals 1st prize on its own (barring the gold.) 3packs+100 plat (draft ticket) plus a free booster - convert that to plat and you would be 100 plat short of 5 boosters. Add that to any prizes you might have earned before they went down...

Very, very generous. I ended up with approx 2 packs, 2k gold and 100 plat richer than 1st.

Will my 2 reimbursement support tickets for this issue now that we have been reimbursed go away? Or will they still remain? Would be nice if we could delete our support tickets if they get fixed or we just dont want to bother with them anymore.

I am fairly sure they are 'permanent/non-expiring' tickets, like the kickstarter 3 free ones. That is how it appears in my stash. They stack.

In game they asked everyone to update their support tickets to help the CS guys know that you received reimbursement.

I am very pleased of the refund and compensation, out of 2 drafts 1 has bugged on me, i would have been more then happy just getting a 1 free ticket refund and CZE really did above and beyond and gave me 2 free tickets, 10k gold and 2 boosters! (they refunded me for both drafts)
I have updated my support ticket as resolved, and i just want CZE to know that i appreciate this very generous refund!

Was expecting CZE would compensate this unfortunate event with tournaments, there are great guys and its another proof that confirm it. So thanks Hex Team for everything you do and countinue to do it :)

All the guys at Crypto have done nothing but bend over backwards to make things fair and honest as much as possible. Something like this just shows how much they actually care about their work and us as customers. They knew its an issue and they did well beyond what was needed to compensate for it and its greatly appreciated. As has been said maybe now the naysayers will calm down.

Its beta. It will break. Be patient and trust in them as much as they have respected us and things will be fine.

A big thanks to everyone at Crypto from Cory down to the interns. Your all doing a great job.
