Name: Heartbleed
Tournament: 10561

I was starting round 2 of a draft when I received an error: "Unable to start the match. Please try again."

It booted me back to the lobby, so I restarted the client and an error displayed that my opponent was 'Not playing'.

This might help them track it down:

We need your help in tracking down a client bug that prevents tournament games from starting. If you ever get the “Failed to start game” pop-up message please follow these steps

1. Close your client with the red “X” button immediately, don’t click on anything else in the client
2. Open your C-drive (or where you installed HEX) and navigate to the HEX folder
3. Open the “Hex_Data” folder
4. Find the file named “output_log”
5. Email that file to debug@cryptozoic.com

Thanks everyone, this will help us identify this problem quickly.

Alas, it looks like that file is overwritten every time the client is restarted (which I've already done).
