The charge power that gives -1/-1 to a troop is able to target troops with spell shield.

I think that's intended. Spellshield protects from both spells AND abilities.

I think he said the charge ability is able to target spellshielded troops. If so, then it doesn't protect from "spells AND abilities"

yes the problem is that it allows the troop to still be targeted by charge power abilities. I believe it shouldn't

Whoops. Read it backwards, sorry. Yes, that sounds broken, though I kinda like it. (I hate Hexproof/Spellshield as a mechanic, so anything that weakens it is good by me.)
