THANKS for the update. What a nice idea. Can exchange cards. So i tryed to connect after the new maj. "double connexion" it says. A bug i thought
Finnaly i can connect, and, GREAT SURPRISE.
All goods cards, almost 100, have disapeared. GONE. With new "mail exchange" system.
Woaw.
And now i can't play without crapy cards?

Relax sluggy, the chances that someone has hacked your account is basically zero. Submit a ticket to support.hextcg.com and they'll get you sorted. Try relogging into your account as well if you haven't already.

Lots of people had that issue. It wasn't just you. Log out and back in and see if stuff is really missing. Also check sent mail. If anyone took anything there might be some evidence there.

Loading screen since 10min. So i can't be sure.
My mailbox said i didn't sold my cards on the auction house, doesn't matter here.

Check sent mail... Not inbox. If anyone hacked you they would have had to sent themselves emails from your account

The likelihood of someone waiting for this patch to drop to rob Sluggy10 the instant it goes live are very slim.
This is a support ticket situation if you think you are actually missing cards.

Just saying, if someone had sent a mail with cards. They could have deleted the mail from the sent folder.. I am still going to respond to this post with an overall - I doubt it, but take your concerns to support.

Alchemy just reported something similar on general (hammer). So maybe there is a database glitch going on, or something worst.

I am missing cards as well, so don't doubt that he is missing cards. It could easily just be the server not sending the correct data though.

Just want to report that I had the same problem, many of my cards are missing (I'm not saying I've been hacked). I can be 100% sure about it since I had every non-AA card 4 times and now I can see many of them missing. I tried relogging 3 times but nothing changed so I'll open a support ticket...

Datadragon responded to Alchemy - Apparently its taking the server a long time to appropriate collections correctly. You may want to keep logging off closing the client completely, and relogging on. Your collection size and everything else should eventually be exactly the same.

Tons of people were/are having the duplicate login thing. So unless the hacker[s] are on hundreds of accounts at one time, I don't think you were hacked :P

As posted elsewhere, the connection between the client and server is down and we have some display issues resulting from that. Closing this thread as the account was not compromised and is not missing any cards or platinum.
