I posted this in the thread about the Friday update (http://forums.cryptozoic.com/showthread.php?t=42753), but it seems to have gotten lost among the discussion about the 6 months extension for free drafts...

The VIP schedule seems odd. Times are listed as CEST (which is UTC+0200)

Friday: 19:00, 16:00
Saturday: 12:00, 20:00
Sunday: 03:00, 18:00

Translating to EDT for the East Coast means substracting 6 hours. We then get.

Friday: 13:00, 10:00
Saturday: 6:00, 14:00, 21:00
Sunday: 12:00

There are no VIP tournaments on Friday night, and there is a 17 hours gap between the 13:00 (EDT) Friday tourney and the next one at 6AM on Saturday.

In the previous months, there was a tournament at 22:00 (eastern time) on Friday night, which would translate to 04:00 (CEST) on Saturday morning. Why was that time slot removed in favor of Friday morning? 10 AM on a Friday can hardly be considered the weekend.

Now you know how the rest of the world feels the schedule actually does need to rotate

Resolved. There are tournaments on Friday, it just depends on which timezone you're in.

Props for finally using and posting the time in a few time zones. Next step would be making it UTC style so conversion would be very easy if you don't live in any of those 3 zones. But this is already good enough for me as i live in one of the 3 posted. :)

Could probly just do a little script that would display time to the user in their local time actually.

So, if I understand correctly, having 2 tournaments on Friday within 3 hours of each other (16:00 and 19:00), followed by 17 hours of no tournament, is the correct schedule, as is the strange way of displaying it (19:00 first, followed by 16:00)? Basically, it's the non-chronological order in which they are displayed that make me feel like something is wrong with the schedule.

If it is still looking weird for you, then you are looking at a cached version of the page. Force it to refresh with CTRL+F5 (I believe that is the universal command for it.)
