View Full Version : Bugged COD mail for gold transaction

Bug Description:So here i and a player were wanting to exchange my Xocoy for his 29k gold. I sent him mail 100% sure it had C.O.D, he also told me he saw the mail with C.O.D. so basically he does as he explains here in the images below, and the mail is gone.
Steps to Reproduce: Not sure 100% i just sent him C.O.D he said he clicked on the mail and that all of sudden it was gone
Frequency: Unknown
Additional Information: Check the images below and all the other info

So here is how the mails look like, proof that i've sent them, (From bottom to top) 1st one was contacting him, 2nd one was the one with the C.O.D. and Xocoy, 3rd one was asking him after a few hours of no reply or contacting back.


I include his name because he allowed me, and this is not shaming or anything, just trying to figure out what happened, and report a possible bug. Thanks in advance!

UPDATED! Sorry i didn't read the guidelines so i updated the post correctly now. I hope i can get some reply.

I had an issue with CODs as well yesterday. My issue is that I couldn't accept them no matter how many times I clicked.

This is the answer i got, although im not quite happy, i resent the inquery hoping someone else can double check this, cause neither me got the cash, neither him got the card, i mean by the time i sent him the card, he bought from someone else the copies he needed tho he just was gonna cancel my C.O.D it doesn't makes any sense:

Well, you can close this thread apparently there is a Transaction History option (which i didn't know about on the website) and in fact it shows the 29,000gold has been added to my account, but, i still insist that i never received that gold, and that the other player never received my card. I know this because i was at 0 gold basically, and i had to run many arenas to have some gold again.
