Nothing specific about Hex (can't comment about an ongoing case), but may be of interest in more generalized terms as one of the groups fighting for HexEnt:

HEX isn't going anywhere, if that's what you're afraid of.

At least we know the legal fees for HEX aren't the highest of highs?

Stoneblade (Solforge guys) are also a client. Wonder what that is/was for?

Also it's interesting to note that the article "Clone Wars" we keep linking:
http://www.gamasutra.com/view/feature/187385/

Is actually written by the very same person defending HEX. Didn't realize that until now myself, though some others here who actually looked into the firms probably did.

Well, here's their testimonial:

I've had the pleasure of working with Stephen in his role as a key legal advisor to Stone Blade. He has a deep understanding of our gaming products and the nature of the video game business. We've worked with him on everything from license agreements, to DMCA takedowns, to general advice on how to protect our games and brands. I will not hesitate to continue to use Stephen in the future and I highly recommend his expertise and knowledge to friends, family, and others in the video game industry.

Ah right. That was on the same page but it wasn't loading for me the 5 times I refreshed for some reason.
