Hello fellow Hexers,

After several weeks in the making, I am proud to announce today the deployment of Hex Tournament (https://hextournament.com/), your one stop shop for simple, easy to use tournament brackets that cater exclusively to Hex, Shards of Fate.

Hex Tournament is basically a clone of Challonge, but with Hex specific features added on top of it. The first such feature that is currently live is decklist management. If you want players to submit a valid decklist before the start of your tournament, Hex Tournament will manage all that for you and centralize the information, making sure that each decklist is complete and valid (no less than 60 cards maindeck, no more than 15 cards reserve, no more than 4 copies of any given card), with all that information available to the tournament administrator just one click away, straight from the bracket.

Upcoming version will feature meta-analysis with a lot of statistics, based on the win rates of all decklists and all cards in your tournament. Also, if the Hex API permits it in the future (http://forums.cryptozoic.com/showthread.php?t=40975&page=35&p=522711&viewfull=1#post522711), it will be possible for the Hex client to report matches automatically, simplifying management of large tournaments even more.

I invite you to try it out if you already manage tournaments, big or small, for your guild, your testing group, or your friends. If you have ever felt limited by what Challonge could do, this is your solution. If you have an idea for a feature that I haven't thought about, feel free to send me a message and I will see how it can be implemented in a future version.

I am open to comments and suggestions, and will keep improving Hex Tournament in order to make it the ultimate source of tournament brackets for Hex.

This looks like an amazing tool for the community. Looking forward to seeing it used by larger community run tournaments in the not-too distant future.

Is this a single elimination bracket only or does it have double elimination and Swiss settings also?

It currently has swiss and single elimination at the moment, with the option of having a 2 steps tournament with swiss at first and a cut to the top-8 (or top-4, or top-16, or top-32...) for a single elimination final round.

Double-elimination and round-robin are in the works for a future version.

Thanks for the tool, Fred. Currently running our intra-guild tournament with it, so far everything works fine.
