We all want to find the deck that will take us to Orange County and eternal glory.

Getting that deck just perfect is one of the big draws to a game like HEX where the target is constantly shifting and all of your personal creativity is required to keep up.

Read more on how to create that perfect deck!

Awesome article, I love reading about the process behind deckbuilding.

I would like to clarify that, even though I've top8'd with "Crazed Phoenix" (Psychotic Phoenix in my case) in the last 2 IQs, I just netdecked the list "Arrgh" has been playing in the gauntlet for a few weeks. He (or she) deserves all the merit in that regard.

Yeah, very nice article and noteworthy deck to be mindful of. Will be interesting to see if it makes any headway in the current meta.

my issue with this article is :
-Bug with AoD
- You write on cressida and polymorphe dingler, but polymorphe bug on heart of the wrathwood :'(
edit : - spiritbound spy bug too

i hope an article with fix for this game a day :)

Finally, the Winter Moon decks aren’t the greatest matchup for this deck. Drowned Shrine of Ulthar can help, but you need a perfect mix of aggression followed by the Shrine for it to be effective

Frost wizard can help, mix of aggresion + counter ability himself.

Great article, thanks.

The champion mouse-overs are still showing the old HP totals.

Thanks for pointing that out. We are aware and are in the process of updating the way Champions display on mouseover on the site. Our artists are bogged down on time right now.

This is how we want champions to look on our site now:

That's more like an intro or an excerpt isn't it?

I was thinking along the lines of what any online news articles or multiple contributor blog-like sites where it is very clear that "This Really Good Article by That Guy on time/date".
