View Full Version : DC Random Equipment Idea

On the way home tonight I was happily pondering the campaign release and further pondering what KS rewards would coincide with said release.

That further had me thinking about whether or not the DC folks would receive the 20 (was it 20?) random equipment pieces.

Hmm, another 200 pieces of equipment. Doesn't seem like a lot to impact what is there - you know, to give us a good starting pool to draw the random pieces from.

That's when it struck me. The proverbial light bulb over the head. What if these are spread out over the next few PVE releases?

Bear with me for a moment. Here's how it could work:

10 from the current list (current today plus tonight's patch).
5 from the second release (maybe levels 11-20?).
5 from the third release (levels 21-30?).

Just a thought! I don't know what is planned for this patch, but this would be nice to get some rather than none and then spread it out over the next couple of releases. That just seemed "better" than getting to the saturation point and giving us all 20 when we've already had access to a bunch from the current set(s).

Happy gaming!

Dungeon Crawler gets 20 random pieces of rare or legendary equipment.

And I would rather they do something like this, as right now I (and probably most people with the DC tier) have all the equipment. Even if it is limited to the new stuff, it seems probable the duplication will arise.

Yeah, I really hope the DC random stuff enforces zero duplicates, since I've already spent the time/money to get everything thus far.

as a DC I'd rather wait till at least raids were in

Insanity why would you wait for a posibility at 0.000001% loot drops of immense value when you can draw from the frostring pool right now
