For example, in the roses dungeon, u can go left and kill a monster, then go right to finish but you dont have to kill that one on the left to finish.

No. The rewards for finishing a dungeon are the rewards for the last fight. In theory skipping the fight means you get less overall XP and Gold for the dungeon because each fight has it's own reward but the rewards on the final reward screen don't change.

That particular fight in Tomb of the Rose Knights you are talking about does reward the Voracious Vultures care as of the patch last night though. Also you should have one copy of the card for each time you finished the fight pre-patch.

Strictly answering you question:
No.

More broadly, skipping encounters also skips any loot dropped by that encounter (usually XP and gold, sometimes a card), and hypothetically there could be alternate final encounters with different drops (we see alternate sister midnight encounters for example but she always drops the same stuff) but that design space doesn't seem to have been exploited yet.

I'm still curious to see whether or not there is (or will be) hidden content for defeating Lord Adam at Fort Romor with Lord Benjamin and Lord Alexander on your side and/or the Triumvirate (but probably Benjamin and Alexander from a realistic point of view.)
