I crash randomly during games and some times after games but not every time. And I have won multiple battles that counted as a loss during a dungeon even and this caused me to have to start over.

I agree with this. Sacrificing goes through before the action goes on the chain. The bot should not have even been on the field to target with Kog Teptles thirst at that point.
