Usually a triggered effect, such as an effect on an Oversized Super Hero, happens after the card has fully resolved. Just to make sure, while I am Catwoman, can I play Lady Vic, then rotate the Lady...

What about the new The Atom/Talon/Savagery/any two cost 1 cards loop? Specifically when paired with Tornado and Per Degaton.

That actually is problematic, because not just Lightning Strike does it. Per Degaton does as well.

I'm not sure what you mean by setup. I would get comfortable with the base game, then throw in the expansions.

And yes, each instance of an Ongoing (#) has its own counter so-to-speak when determining limited effect usage. If you use Timberwolves for +2, discard it, grab it...

For us they lasted hundreds of games but inevitably people would shuffle poorly or spill a drink, whatever. Main decks are huge now but at least they're safe lol
