    Bug: Missing card from collection

    I drafted the card The Ancestor's Chosen ages ago. I like this card and hoped to draft more but recently came into some platinum and decided to buy the other 3 I needed for the set. I bought 2 more quickly on the auction house and when I was checking my collection I only had 2 in total. I still had the emails saying I had successfully bought 2 and checked and double checked every time I logged in, noodling around in my constructed decks, deleting any that contained copies of the card and relogging over multiple days. I bought the 3rd one a couple days later and I still only have 3 rather than 4 copies of this card. I put in a support ticket requesting reimbursement for a draft that ended due to a server crash and added details of my issue with my collection but they simply gave me a draft ticket and closed my support ticket. I am pursuing that support ticket further but a support volunteer online suggested I post in here as well. Can I get some help?

    I've also had my manual tracking of cards not line up with the system count. I have generally just assumed that I goofed up in my manual tracking.

    I see 4 of these cards in your account, the most recent obtained on 8/1/2014.

    DataDragon I don't know how you could see the most recent one being obtained Aug 1 considering I bought it yesterday. This issue is NOT resolved.

    Ah, that date is the date the card was created, not the date you bought it.
    You bought a card on 2014-07-31, 2014-08-03, and I see the recent card as well.
    I need to do some data digging on it to see what its path is.

    Ok, yeah, it was settled up earlier today, so that last card should show up in your collection. I do see a total of 4 cards.

    So did DD actually have to change something on the backend to recover the card? Is this something I need to worry about?

    I haven't received any resolution yet. I just was expressing gratitude for the multiple replies.

    I did nothing, just reported on the data that is there.
    Everything is working fine, its just the messaging and interface are still a work in progress.
