CZE Darkmoon Faire discount hotel rate.
The Marriott is offering a discounted rate to DMF Los Angeles attendies. The discount hotel rate is $125/night. You can make reservations by calling the number below and requesting the "CZE Darkmoon Faire" group rate at the Torrence Marriott. You should be able to get this rate for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. The Marriott reservation number is 800-228-9290. The room block is limited and is on first come first serve basis. The deadline to reserve a room is November 11th.

Thanks to our co-sponsors at Blizzard Entertainment and J!NX, we've added a costume contest to Darkmoon Faire Los Angeles.

Bring your costume inspired by Warcraft, Starcraft, or Diablo. We'll start the contest on Saturday night, December 4th, at 5:00 PM. Registration beings at 4:30 PM. Winners will be decided by a panel of judges on overall presentation. Fun will be had by all.

The only rule is that the costume reference the worlds of Diablo, Starcraft, or Warcraft. The costumes will be judged on a scale of 1-5 in three categories: craftsmanship, accuracy, and presentation (being in character counts!) =)

1st Place - Spectral Tiger Loot card, $50 J!NX gift card, first choice of Warcraft pennant and plushie; 2 Class Starter Decks, 1 box of Worldbreaker

At Darkmoon Faire Los Angeles, we're bringing in perhaps the mightiest being in all of Azeroth to duel the World of Warcraft TCG fans. One of our volunteers crafted her very own Alexstrasza costume. Not only will you duel the Life-Binder in combat, we armed her with a custom Alexstraza deck loaded with cards made just for her and the Master Hero featured in Worldbreaker, the brand new set featuring Cataclysm content.

She's a dragon aspect. We never said things were going to be completely fair, but you aren't the type to back down from a challenge. Are you?

Don't worry. She doesn't bite. A mere mortal wouldn't be worth the energy. Face her army of red dragons this weekend at the Darkmoon Faire and win immorality-- that immorality a picture with our Alexstrasza and your name on our list of dragonslayers forever.
