i have a weapon and To arms on my play, if opponent play Amani Dragonhawk, and then he said equipment. should my weapon plan 5 ATK or not?

Your weapon would still have the plus 5 ATK from To Arms! as it is To Arms! that is giving the extra 5 ATK and it did not lose its power. It would be smarter for your opponent to name abilities so that To Arms! loses its power.

I do not think that weapons would ever lose attack or armour counters based on my experience.

All the Amani Dragonhawk is blank all the text that is inside the textbox to nothing. Let's use an example



What happens when the Amani enters play is that now, the Smite reaver still retains its attack and strike cost, but it now no longer has the effect written inside the box. So that means obviously it no longer readies after u strike the first time, and you cannot exhaust another ally from striking while the Amani is still in play
