Sanctionated Arena Grand Melee

Hallo to all

This Wednesday i want to create a little "game day wow" for some under-18 players

I would like to organize a sanctioned Arena Grand Melee but i have some doubts.

When i create the tournament (for the sanctioning number) , which type of format must i choose ? Then i think i can choose battleground for "Premier Level". Right ? O.o
