    Cryptozoic Tournament Software

    Hello everyone,

We are ready to release our interim tournament software for Tournament Organizers. You can download Cryptozoic Tracker from wowtcg.com/tracker.

    FAQ

    1) How do I get a CZE ID number?
The first wave of numbers will be sent out with the Realm Qualifier kits. Future BG kits will contain membership card. Tournament Organizers can request more memebership cards by contacting Cryptozoic via hobby@cryptozoic.com

    2) How do I sanction a tournament?
Detailed instructions for sanctioning and uploading tournaments can be found here.

    3) How do I look up player's CZE ID numbers?
Tracker does not currently download a global list of players and their CZE ID numbers. This functionality will be added in an later release. Tournament Organizers can look up CZE ID numbers through the Tournament Organizer Dashboard.

    4) Can Tracker run on Mac OS X or Linux?
Tracker will is only supported on Windows 7, Vista SP2, or XP SP3. If you are using a Mac, we recommend using VMware Fusion or Parallels Desktop. Cryptozoic Entertainment does not support running Tracker via virtualization.

    5) Can Tracker upload directly?
At this time, Tournament Organizers must log into their Tournament Dashboard and upload tournament files there. More information about this can be found here.

    6) This looks familiar!
Tracker and MANTIS have a similar code base. We've tried to remove some of the unused features in MANTIS and clean up the user interface.

    7) What changed?
The biggest change is how you report tournaments. Tournament Organizers no longer request sanctioning through the Tournament Software, and must now log into our website in order to sanction a tournament. Similarly, reporting tournaments involves logging into our website.

    8) Where is feature x?
This software is only an interim solution until we release brand new tournament tracking software. As such, we tried to get the bare minimum Tracker needed to function.
