Can we have an official ticketing system implemented, e.g. for work I've used Mantis which is open source, and it worked well. It could easily be community moderated - I'm happy to volunteer.

It's day one and we're already seeing duplicates (e.g. 1 and 2). A proper tracking system would be better for every one involved.

I'm not posting this on the bug forum since it isn't a bug.
