Sadly, I've had no luck finding miniatures that could adequately represent these characters on the board.
Reaper Mini's has great options for Tracey, Kong, and Eddie... Look up:
    "Cactus Joe" for Tracey
"Sam Ayers" and "Max Graves" seem like goo candidates for Eddie and Kong.
"Grant Dylan" also seems like a good candidate for a figure.

Trouble I have is that I don't like the guns on most of the pulp characters, as it's not thematic to this game. I'm also not good at modifying figures to give them a more appropriate prop. But those are the current characters that I have seen that most closely resemble the characters.

I have a template in Word Doc format. It requires MS Word 2010 though and a few specialty fonts (I identify all the requires fonts in the doc).

Please let me know if you can access and use these docs.

Since it is hard to read here are the abilities:

Lvl 1:When another Ghostbuster within line of sight is slimed, pushed, or bullied not on your turn, gain +1 XP.

lvl 2:Once during your turn, all other ghostbusters within line of sight gain +1 XP.

    lvl 3:+1 Action.

lvl 4:For every other Ghostbuster within line of sight that has slime on them, add 1 to your combat roll.

lvl 5:All Ghostbusters within 1 space of you gain your level one ability. If a Ghostbuster is within 1 space of you at the start of their turn, they gain your level four ability for that turn.
