Post Calculating Victory Points - "4 or more cards"

    Good day –
We had a significant discussion (as winning the game as on the line) about the types of cards that say “If you have four or more ________, this card is worth 5 Victory Points.”

Player had, TWO “Green Arrow” Cards [We were playing DC Comics Deck Building Game] which say “If you have four or more heroes this card is worth 5 Victory Points.”
    Player had 7 hero cards (which I will just Number): #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7

    - - - - - View 1 - - - - Repeat use of Hero worth Victory Points
    Green Arrow card A, Plus #1, #2, #3, #4 = 5 Victory Points
    Green Arrow card B, Plus #5, #6, #7, Green Arrow Card A = 5 Victory Points
NOTE: That “Green Arrow A” is “used twice”
. . . so can a card, Green Arrow Card A, now worth 5 victory points be used as a “hero” in the other calculation [After all, it is a Hero card]

    - - - - - View 2 - - - - Repeat use of Hero
    Green Arrow card A, Plus #1, #2, #3, #4 = 5 Victory Points
    Green Arrow card B, Plus #5, #6, #7, #1 = 5 Victory Points
NOTE: That “#1” is “used twice”
. . . so can a card, already used for the first set of Victory Points calculation, card #1 in the other calculation, be used again?

The View we used was (after discussion) [Harder View], was that there needed to be 4 Hero cards for each Green Arrow Card, So that there should be an eighth card. There should be NO REPEATS.
If there had been an eighth card, then it could have been scored as follows:
    Green Arrow card A, Plus #1, #2, #3, #4 = 5 Victory Points
    Green Arrow card B, Plus #5, #6, #7 ->#8<---- = 5 Victory Points

We did not see a clear resolution/answer in the instructions, and I was asked to clarify. I did not find another thread that seemed to have an answer/clarification.

Thanks in advance for your help.

While an interesting view, the card states, "At the end of game, if you have four or more other Heroes in your deck, this card is worth 5 VPs." Indicating that while they had heroes #1-#7 they only need #1,#2,#3,#4 and then both are worth 5 VP. Heroes get counted and when you hit 4 other heroes you get the effect, you don't need a different 4 for each to trigger.

We were even under the impression that as long as you had four other Heroes, it made no difference what they were. Meaning that if you had three Green Arrows, you would only need two other Heroes in your deck in order to trigger all three Green Arrows.

With the wording each card just checks for 4 other heroes, so yeah other Green Arrows are fine since in your example each would check and find 4 other heroes.
