Hey all,

I hope this is in the right area, so little sleep lately and I'm not thinking straight.

I'm sure it would be hard to add this if it isn't already built into their system at some point, but would like to throw my 2 cents in for the support portal.

I'd love to be able to close tickets myself. Every so often I submit something and then realize a few minutes or hours later that it was something I missed (or the problem automatically rectifies itself) - I'd love to be able to close a ticket once this happens.

As it stands I have to hit reply saying 'issue is resolved you can close this ticket' and then I wince thinking about poor Vian and Polan (apologies to the others whom I have forgotten) having that extra ticket hanging there causing anxiety until they gather up the courage to click into it only to find out it was a false alarm.

Yeah, I would like that functionality as well. I can only imagine it would only help customer support to have this implemented.
