    I'm really more shocked about the fact that in other countries just one guy can sign some paper and it's settled.
    People here would gather with pitchforks if such an important decision wasn't voted upon the people themselfes.

    I know of very few countries where that flies anymore. And most of those are dictatorships.

    If the governor can do that in Indiana... I shudder to think what else gets passed with a single signature.
